     در بررسی تنوع درون ژنومی و روابط رگرسیونی صفات عملکرد دانه و اجزای آن با استفاده از دو سری لاین جایگزین کروموزومی گندم شامل سری لاین‌های‌ جایگزین رقم تایمستین و رقم رد اجیپشن در زمینه ژنتیکی رقم چاینیزاسپرینگ به همراه والدینشان در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با 4 تکرار در دو شرایط بدون تنش و تنش خشکی به صورت گلدانی در سال 1393 انجام شد. همچنین از یک جامعه F2 حاصل از تلاقی تایمستین و چاینزاسپرینگ استفاده شد. تفاوت‌های معنی‌دار بین لاین‌های جایگزین برای تمامی صفات، در هر دو شرایط و هر دو سری مشاهده شد. ژنوم B نقش مهم­تری در کنترل واریانس عملکرد بیولوژیک داشت. این مقایسات در سری رد اجیپشن نشان داد که در شرایط بدون تنش ژنوم D و در شرایط تنش ژنوم B نقش بیشتری در کنترل واریانس عملکرد دانه و شاخص برداشت داشتند. با مقایسه ژنوم‌ها بین دو سری مشخص شد که ژنوم‌های دو سری روندی مشابه در ایجاد تنوع صفات ندارند. آنالیز‌های رگرسیونی نشان دادند که مشارکت اجزاء عملکرد در ایجاد واریانس عملکرد دانه در دو شرایط یکسان نیست. به­طوری­که در شرایط بدون تنش عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت و در شرایط تنش تعداد دانه و تعداد سنبله واریانس بیشتری از عملکرد دانه را توجیه نمودند. شاخص برداشت و عملکرد بیولوژیک در سه حالت از چهار حالت وارد مدل رگرسیون شدند و این دو از پایدارترین صفات در توجیه واریانس عملکرد دانه بودند.
