     اعتبارسنجی نشانگرهای پیوسته به QTLهای شناسایی شده قبل از انجام انتخاب به کمک نشانگر به عنوان یک گام ضروری محسوب می­شود. در تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از 121 رقم و لاین پیشرفته سویا و کشت در دو محیط نرمال و تحت تنش خشکی در دو منطقه رشت و گنبد کاووس اقدام به اعتبار سنجی 21 نشانگر ریزماهواره مرتبط با تحمل به تنش خشکی شد. در بررسی جمعیت از لحاظ میزان تنوع ژنتیکی، متوسط تعداد الل به ازای هر نشانگر، 53/5 الل و متوسط محتوای اطلاعات چندشکلی (PIC)، ضریب تنوع ژنتیکی نی (H) و شاخص شانون (I)، به­ترتیب 73/0، 77/0 و 57/1 برآورد شد که مقدار بالای این آماره­ها،نشان­دهنده توانایی این نشانگرها در تفکیک ژنوتیپ­های مورد مطالعه است. تجزیه ساختار و تجزیه­خوشه­ای بترتیب بر اساس روش بیزی و اتصال همسایگی افراد را به سه زیرجمعیت و سه گروه تقسیم نمودند. نتایج تجزیه ارتباطی بین نشانگرهای ریزماهواره و صفات مرتبط با عملکرد با استفاده از روش­های GLM و MLM با سه مدل آماری نشان داد که نشانگرهای Satt454، Satt345، Satt210، Sat_292، Satt142، Satt339، Satt249 و Satt458 در این زمینه ژنتیکی به تایید رسیدند و به عنوان تأثیرگذارترین نشانگرها تعیین شدند. بالاترین درصد توجیه تغییرات صفات مربوط به نشانگرهای Sat_292 و Satt454 بود که بیش از 18 درصد از تغییرات وزن دانه در کل غلاف­های بوته را بترتیب در شرایط نرمال و تنش خشکی تبیین نمودند.
