هدف از این تحقیق تجزیه آثار متقابل ژنوتیپ و محیط روی عملکرد دانه لاین‌ها و ارقام جو، شناسایی ژنوتیپ‌های متحمل شوری با عملکرد پایدار و نیز ارزیابی ژنوتیپ‌ها، محیط‌ها و آثار متقابل آنها با استفاده از آماره‌های پایداری مختلف بود. این پژوهش به صورت دو آزمایش جداگانه یکی تحت تنش شوری و دیگری بدون تنش، طی دو سال زراعی 94-1392 در مزرعه ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی نیشابور اجرا شد. هر آزمایش شامل 17 رقم و لاین امیدبخش جو بود که در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. بر اساس پارامتر‌های پایداری روش رگرسیونی ابرهارت و راسل ارقام فجر30، نیک و لاین امیدبخش MBS82-4 واجد سازگاری مطلوب بودند. با استفاده از روش گزینش همزمان عملکرد و پایداری به ترتیب ارقام فجر 30، MBS82-5، MBS87-12، ریحان، والفجر و نیک گزینش شدند. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه امی روی عملکرد دانه نشان داد که اثرات اصلی ژنوتیپ، محیط، اثرات متقابل آنها و دو مؤلفه اول اثر متقابل معنی‌دار بودند. نمودار بای­ پلات امی قادر به تفکیک ژنوتیپ‌های پایدار و محیط ­های با قدرت تفکیک بالا از محیط‌های ضعیف بود.  برای محیط شور ژنوتیپ‌های فجر30 MBS87-12 در هر دو سال زراعی بهترین ژنوتیپ‌ها با سازگاری ویژه بودند.
