     به منظور تعیین میزان تحمل هیبریدهای حاصل از تلاقی ارقام تجاری سیب ­زمینی به شرایط مختلف کم آبی در استان اردبیل آزمایشی در دو سال به صورت اسپلیت پلات برپایه طرح بلوک‏های کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام گرفت. فاکتور اصلی شامل سه سطح آبیاری (100، 85 و 70 درصد نیاز آبی گیاه) و فاکتور فرعی شامل 12 جمعیت سیب‏زمینی بود اجرا گردید. نتایج نشان داد که از نظر سطوح آبیاری، ژنوتیپ و اثر متقابل سطوح ابیاری در ژنوتیپ از نظر عملکرد غده اختلاف معنی‌داری در سطوح احتمال 1 و 5 درصد وجود داشت. در این بررسی در شرایط آبیاری نرمال بالاترین عملکرد غده با میانگین 53/6 تن در هکتار مربوط به R12 (♀Luca × Esprit♂) بود و کمترین عملکرد غده با میانگین 28/9 تن در هکتار مربوط به S34 (♂Esprit × Agria♀) بود. بیشترین عملکرد غده در شرایط تنش 85 و 70 درصد آب قابل استفاده به ترتیب با میانگین­های 40/3 و 35/5 تن در هکتار مربوط به S14 (♂Luca × Esprit♀) و کمترین عملکرد غده در شرایط سطوح آبیاری 85 و 70 درصد آب قابل استفاده به ترتیب با میانگین­های 20/02 و 18/7 تن در هکتار مربوط به S34 (♂Esprit × Agria♀) بود. بین میزان عملکرد غده در شرایط آبیاری نرمال (100 درصد آب قابل استفاده) و تنش کم­آبی ملایم و شدید (85 و 70 درصد آب قابل استفاده) با شاخص MP, GMP, TOL و STI همبستگی مثبت و معنی­داری بدست آمد. البته بین میزان عملکرد غده در شرایط تنش ملایم و شدید (85 و 70 درصد آب قابل استفاده) با شاخص حساسیت به تنش (SSI) همبستگی منفی و غیرمعنی­دار وجود داشت. در مقابل بین شاخص SSI و TOL همبستگی مثبت و معنی­دار در سطح احتمال 5 درصد مشاهده گردید. ضرایب عامل­ها در صفات مورد مطالعه برای تیمارهای مورد بررسی بین صفات کمی و کیفی هیبریدهای حاصل از تلاقی ارقام تجاری سیب­زمینی نشان داد که در شرایط تنش نرمال (85 درصد آب قابل استفاده) چهار عامل در مجموع 86/508 درصد از کل تغییرات را تبیین نمودند و هیبرید­های S24 (♂Banba × Agria♀)، S14 (♂Luca × Esprit♀)، R24 (♀Banba × Agria♂) و S23 (♂Banba × Esprit♀) از نظر عامل اول که عامل صفات موثر بر عملکرد و دوم عامل ساختاری نسبت به هیبریدهای دیگر ارزش بیشتری داشتند. همچنین در شرایط تنش شدید (70 درصد آب قابل استفاده) که چهار عامل 87/45 درصد کل تغییرات را تبیین نمودند، هیبرید­هایS13 (♀Luca× Esprit♂)، R24 (♀Banba × Agria♂) و S23 (♂Banba × Esprit♀) از نظر عامل اول که عامل صفات موثر بر عملکرد و دوم عامل ساختاری نسبت به هیبریدهای دیگر ارزش بیشتری داشتند.
