توسعه ارقام پرمحصول، هدف اصلی در بسیاری از برنامه ­های اصلاحی گندم بوده و تحقق این هدف به شناخت روابط بین عملکرد دانه و اجزای مرتبط با آن بستگی دارد. به ­منظور بررسی روابط بین عملکرد دانه با برخی از صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک و تعیین اهمیت نسبی هر یک از آنها، تعداد 25 ژنوتیپ گندم نان از نظر 14 صفت مورفوفیزیولوژیک در دو شرایط دیم و آبیاری تکمیلی در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط مزرعه طی سال­های زراعی 1395-1393 در شرایط آب و هوایی مدیترانه ­ای غرب کشور (ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی دیم سرارود کرمانشاه) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس، تفاوت معنی­ داری را بین لاین­ها از نظر کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه در دو شرایط دیم و آبیاری تکمیلی نشان داد. ضرایب همبستگی ساده بین صفات در هر دو شرایط دیم و آبیاری تکمیلی نشان داد صفات پایداری غشاء سلولی، طول برگ پرچم، طول ریشک، محتوای آب نسبی، وزن هزار دانه و درصد کلروفیل، بیشترین همبستگی را با عملکرد دانه داشتند. نتایج تجزیه رگرسیون نشان داد که صفات طول پدانکل، محتوای آب نسبی، محتوای پرولین و درصد کلروفیل در شرایط دیم و صفات محتوای آب نسبی و محتوای پرولین در شرایط آبیاری تکمیلی وارد مدل رگرسیونی شدند و به ­ترتیب 906/0 و 840/0 از کل تغییرات مربوط به عملکرد دانه را تبیین نمودند. برای مشخص نمودن آثار مستقیم و غیرمستقیم و سهم هر یک بر عملکرد نیز تجزیه ضرایب مسیر انجام شد که بر این اساس، بیشترین آثار مستقیم مثبت مربوط به طول پدانکل، محتوای آب نسبی و درصد کلروفیل تحت شرایط دیم و محتوای آب نسبی تحت شرایط آبیاری تکمیلی بود که نشان دهنده اهمیت این صفات بر عملکرد دانه می­باشد. ژنوتیپ شماره 1 (آذر 2) برای شرایط آبیاری تکمیلی و ژنوتیپ شماره 25 (ریژاو) برای شرایط دیم از بقیه ارقام و لاین­های مورد بررسی برتر بوده و قابل معرفی برای کشت در شرایط آب و هوایی منطقه مورد مطالعه می­باشند. صفات فیزیولوژیکی محتوای آب نسبی برگ، میزان پرولین، درصد کلروفیل و همچنین صفات مورفولوژیکی طول پدانکل و طول برگ پرچم به­عنوان صفات مناسب به ­منظور اصلاح ارقام دیم معرفی می­گردند.
