چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: ماشک معمولی (sativa L.ssp.  Vicia sativa) به‎ دلیل کاربردهای متعدد، ارزش غذایی بالا و توانایی رشد در شرایط محیطی مختلف، یکی از مهمترین حبوبات دامی در محیط وسیع مدیترانه است. افزایش نیازهای غذایی دام‌ها مستلزم معرفی لگوم علوفه ‎ای برای خوراک دام در تناوب‌های زراعی است. ماشک معمولی به عنوان یکی از بهترین گزینه‌ها برای قرار گرفتن در تناوب‌های زراعی، به ویژه در مناطق کم‌باران، و جایگزین خوبی برای کشت تک‌محصولی غلات در نظر گرفته می‌شود، زیرا در مقایسه با غلات  عملکرد دانه و پروتئین بالاتری تولید می‌کند. یکی دیگر از مزایای کشت ماشک، سازگاری آن با سیستم‌های کشاورزی ارگانیک و کم‌نهاده است. سودمندی آن بر اساس بهره‌برداری از نیتروژن اتمسفری است که در مناطق کشت معین رضایت‌بخش است. کشت‌های مخلوط ماشک و غلات، بدون نیاز به کودهای نیتروژنی، عملکرد پروتئین قابل توجه بالاتری در خاک تولید می‌کنند. کشت گونه‌های محلی یا مخلوط‌هایی از آنها، برای حفظ عملکرد در سیستم‌های کشاورزی کم‌نهاده که عمدتاً از دامداری پشتیبانی می‌کنند، یک رویکرد معمول است. کشت پاییزه ماشک از نظر افزایش راندمان بهره‎وری از بارش، موجب افزایش عملکرد دانه نسبت به کشت بهاره در شرایط دیم می‎شود. علاوه ‏بر این، برای به حداکثر رساندن عملکرد و کنترل بیان فنوتیپی، به‎نژادگران باید ژنوتیپ‌های خاصی را انتخاب کنند که در یک محیط خاص پایدار یا سازگار با آن باشند. بنابر این، شناسایی ژنوتیپ‎هایی با عملکرد بالا و سازگار به دامنه گسترده‎ای از محیط‎ها، یکی از هدف‎های عمده در برنامه‎های به‎نژادی گیاهان زراعی است. در آزمایش‎های چندمحیطی، عملکرد ماشک تحت تأثیر ساختار ژنتیکی، محیطی و اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × محیط قرار می‎گیرد. برای تفسیر بهتر برهمکنش ژنوتیپ × محیط، مدل اثرات اصلی افزایشی و برهمکنش ضرب ‎پذیر (AMMI) یکی از متداول‌ترین روش‌ها در مطالعه آزمایش‌های چندمحیطی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی برهمکنش ژنوتیپ و محیط بر ژنوتیپ‎های ماشک و شناسایی ژنوتیپ‎های پایدار، پرمحصول و سازگار با شرایط آب و هوایی مناطق دیم معتدل کشور بود.
مواد و روش‎ها: در این پژوهش، هشت ژنوتیپ امیدبخش ماشک به ‎همراه ارقام شاهد (مراغه و طلوع) در قالب طرح بلوک‎های کامل تصادفی به ‎مدت پنج سال زراعی متوالی (403-1398) در کهگیلویه و بویر احمد (گچساران)، لرستان (خرم آباد) و ایلام (مهران و چرداول) کشت شدند. در مزرعه، هر کرت شامل چهار خط کاشت به طول 7 متر با فاصله 25 سانتی ‏متر و تراکم 150 دانه در متر مربع بود. تجزیه پایداری با استفاده از روش چندمتغیره امی انجام شد. تجزیه‎های آماری با استفاده از بسته تجزیه آزمایش‎های چندمحیطی با نام Metan و GGE در نرم‎افزار R انجام شدند.
یافته‎ها: تجزیه واریانس AMMI نشان داد که اثرات محیط، ژنوتیپ، و برهمکنش ژنوتیپ × محیط و پنج مؤلفه اصلی اول معنی‎دار بودند. بنابر این، با توجه به معنی‎دار بودن برهمکنش ژنوتیپ × محیط، امکان انجام تجزیه پایداری روی این داده‎ها وجود دارد. بر اساس تجزیه AMMI، اولین و دومین مؤلفه اصلی برهمکنش ژنوتیپ × محیط، به‎ترتیب 51/6 و 25/6 درصد از تغییرات برهمکنش ژنوتیپ × محیط را توجیه کردند. اثر پنج مؤلفه اصلی اول، معنی‎دار بود و در مجموع 96/5 درصد از تغییرات برهمکنش ژنوتیپ در محیط را توجیه کردند. سهم محیط (مکان، سال و مکان در سال)، ژنوتیپ و برهمکنش ژنوتیپ × محیط در مجموع مربعات کل، به ترتیب 35/45 ، 55/65 و 8/908 درصد بود. در بین ژنوتیپ‎های مطالعه شده، بیشترین عملکرد دانه در ژنوتیپ شماره دو (1/541 تن در هکتار) و در پی آن در ژنوتیپ‎های شماره 1، 5 و 3 دیده شد. بر اساس شاخص پایداری ASV، ژنوتیپ‎های شماره 4، 6 و 5، بر اساس شاخص SIPC، ژنوتیپ‎های 5، 1، 2 و 4، بر اساس شاخص EV، ژنوتیپ‎های شماره 1، 4 ، 3 و 10 و بر اساس شاخص‏ Za ژنوتیپ‎های 5، 7، 2 و 6 پایدارترین ژنوتیپ‎ها بودند. بر مبنای شاخص انتخاب همزمان ssiASV، ژنوتیپ‎های 2، 3، 8 و 1، بر مبنای شاخص ssiSIPC، ژنوتیپ‎های شماره 2، 1، 5 و 3، بر مبنای شاخص ssiEV ژنوتیپ‎های 1، 2، 3 و 4، بر مبنای شاخص ssiZA، ژنوتیپ‎های شماره 2، 5 و 1 و بر مبنای شاخص ssiWAAS، ژنوتیپ‎های 5، 1، 2 و 7 برترین ژنوتیپ‏‎ ها از نظر عملکرد و پایداری بودند. بر اساس بای‎پلات AMMI1، ژنوتیپ‏ های شماره 4، 7، 5، 1 و 6 با عملکرد دانه بیشتر از عملکرد میانگین کل و کمترین مقادیر IPCA1، به ‎عنوان ژنوتیپ‎های پایدار با سازگاری عمومی بالا شناسایی شدند. در بای‎پلات AMMI2، ژنوتیپ‎های 4، 5 و 6 علاوه بر پایداری عمومی بالا، دارای عملکرد دانه بالاتر از میانگین کل بودند. علاوه بر شاخص‎های AMMI، از شاخص برتری لین و بینز برای شناسایی ژنوتیپ‎های برتر استفاده شد که بر این اساس ژنوتیپ‎های شماره 1 ،3 ،5 و 2 برترین ژنوتیپ‎ها در محیط‎های مطالعه شده بودند.
نتیجه‎گیری: در مجموع و بر اساس شاخص‎های مختلف، ژنوتیپ‎های شماره 1(V.S.IVAT- 2003)، 2 (V.S.IVAT- 2556) و 5 (V.S.IVAT- 2709) در بسیاری از محیط‎ها دارای عملکرد بالا و در بیشتر روش‎ها، دارای پایداری مطلوبی بودند و می‎توانند گزینه ‎های معرفی ارقام جدید باشند.
