چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: تلاش‎های زیادی برای ترکیب قابلیت‎های متنوع گونه‎های مختلف گیاهی به یک گیاه منحصر به‎فرد برای افزایش کمیت و کیفیت محصول غذایی انجام شده است. است. بر این اساس، دانشمندان با استفاده تلاقی بین گندم (Triticum spp) و چاودار (Secale cereale) موفق به تولید تریتیکاله به‎عنوان یک غله جدید شدند که هدفش افزایش توانایی گندم، به‎عنوان یکی از مهمترین منابع غذایی در میان غلات در جهان، برای مقاومت در برابر شرایط سخت محیطی مانند تنش خشکی بود. مطالعات مختلف نشان می‎دهد این غله دارای پتانسیل بالایی برای استفاده به‎عنوان یک محصول چندمنظوره به‎صورت مصرف مستقیم توسط انسان یا به‎عنوان یک محصول علوفه‎ای است. بنابراین، تریتیکاله را می‎توان به‎عنوان یک محصول بالقوه با شرایط ژنتیکی ویژه دانست که عملکردش هنوز فاصله زیادی با پتانسیل آن دارد. ایجاد تنوع چه به‎صورت طبیعی و چه مصنوعی و سنتز شده در محصولات کشاورزی و انتخاب ژنوتیپ‌هایی با بالاترین عملکرد و ثبات در محیط های متفاوت جزء اهداف اصلی مطالعات در زمینه به‌نژادی است. همچنین گفته می‌شود که قدرت تحمل تنش در ژنوتیپ‌های تریتیکاله نسبت به ژنوتیپ‌های گندم به‎طور معمول بالاتر است و تریتیکاله در شرایط تنش کمتر تحت تأثیر قرار گرفته و عملکرد آن به نسبت گندم بالاتر خواهد بود. در مطالعه حاضر ژنوتیپ‌های مختلف تریتیکاله تولید شده توسط دانشمندان دخلی کشور در شرایط مختلف آبیاری کشت و مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند تا احتمال معرفی ارقام جدید مقاوم به تنش خشکی و تغییر شرایط محیطی در نظر گرفته شود. به‌علاوه، در این پژوهش رابطه بین صفات مورفولوژیکی و صفات زراعی مرتبط با عملکرد دانه با استفاده از برخی روش‌های آماری پیشرفته به‎منظور یافتن صفات ممکن مناسب برای انتخاب غیرمستقیم ارزیابی شد. میزان شاخص‌های متفاوت ژنتیکی، فنوتیپی و محیطی نیز جهت بررسی اثر محیط و ژنوتیک بر این صفات به‎صورت پیشرفته‌ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: به‎منظور بازتاب اثر کمبود آب بر تریتیکاله و احتمال غربالگری برخی از ژنوتیپ‌های جدید تولید شده در کشور که دارای تحمل تنش مناسبی نسبت به شرایط کمبود آب هستند، مطالعه‌ای بر روی نه (9) ژنوتیپ تریتیکاله تحت چهار رژیم ابیاری در دو سال 1398-1399 انجام شد. این ژنوتیپ‌ها شامل سناباد، پاژ، جوانیلو، ET-85-4، ET-92-15، ET-92-18، ET-83-20، ET-85-17 و ET-83-18 بود. در هر سال چهار رژیم آبیاری مختلف با قطع آبیاری در سه مرحله شامل مرحله گلدهی، مرحله شیری دانه و مرحله خمیر دانه به‎همراه شرایط شاهد بدون تنش اعمال شد. از طرح اسپلیت پلات بر پایه طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه بلوک (تکرار) استفاده شد. آزمایش در ایستگاه پژوهشی واقع در مجموعه تحقیقاتی مرتبط با مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی زرقان، فارس اجرا شد. صفات مختلفی شامل ارتفاع بوته، زاویه برگ، وزن برگ، وزن خشک کل گیاه، طول سنبله، وزن سنبله، تعداد سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله، عملکرد کاه، شاخص برداشت و عملکرد دانه برای تمام ژنوتیپ‌های مورد استفاده در این مطالعه اندازه‎گیری شد. داده‎های به‎دست آمده از این آزمایش ابتدا تحت تجزیه و تحلیل مرکب واریانس قرار گرفتند و بر اساس این محاسبات در نهایت واریانس سال، واریانس محیطی، واریانس ژنوتیپی، واریانس فنوتیپی و واریانس خطای آزمایش تخمین زده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل در نرم‌افزار SAS-9.4-M6 با استفاده از یک کد برنامه‎نویسی ذخیره شده در سایت اینترنتی GitHub انجام گردید.  
یافته‌ها: نتایج کلی این مطالعه نشان داد که کاهش تعداد آبیاری و قطع آبیاری در مراحل اولیه رشد سنبله در گیاه تریتیکاله می‌تواند منجر به کاهش شدید بهره‌وری ژنوتیپ‌های تریتیکاله شود. در نتیجه، نحوه و مقدار آبیاری به‎همراه میزان در دسترس بودن آب عامل مهمی برای تعیین نوع برنامه‎های اصلاحی است که مجدداً تأییدی بر اختصاصی بودن برنامه‌های اصلاحی برای مکان‌های متفاوت با شرایط آب و هوایی غیر همسان است. همچنین برخی از ژنوتیپ‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش نشان دادند که دارای پتانسیل بالایی برای معرفی شدن به‎عنوان ارقام جدید هستند. تحت شرایط آبیاری نرمال، ژنوتیپ ET-83-20 و در شرایط کمبود شدید آب ژنوتیپ ET-85-04 عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر ژنوتیپ‎ها نشان دادند. برآورد ویژگی‌های ژنوتیپی مانند وراثت‎پذیری و ضریب تنوع ژنوتیپی و فنوتیپی نشان داد که امکان تولید ارقام با بهره‎وری و پتانسیل بالا در شرایط نرمال یا تنش‌زا وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‎صورت کلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که وراثت بالا و ارتباط قابل توجهی با عملکرد دانه برای برخی از صفات مانند وزن سنبله، تعداد سنبله و تعداد دانه نشان می‎دهد که می‌توان از این صفات مناسب برای غربالگری غیرمستقیم و به‎عنوان معیارهای انتخاب غیرمستقیم سود جست. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد که تنوع بالاتری برای تریتیکاله برای یافتن ژنوتیپ‌هایی با بهترین صفات کمی و کیفی لازم است تا به‌عنوان رقم جدید و مناسب در محیط‌هایی با شرایط متغیر کشت شود.
