چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: آفتابگردان گیاهی با ارزش اقتصادی بالا و سازگار به طیف وسیعی از شرایط اقلیمی است. کشت بهاره یکی از راه‌های توسعه کشت این محصول در ایران بوده که معمولا با سرماهای آخر فصل همراه می‌باشد. در این خصوص نیاز به شناسایی و معرفی شاخص‌هایی برای گزینش تحمل به دماهای پایین در مرحله زایشی است.
مواد و روش‌ها: این تحقیق به‌صورت کرت ­های خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال‌های 1393 و 1396 به­ترتیب در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس و موسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر انجام شد. کرت‌های اصلی شامل تاریخ کاشت در دو سطح و کرت‌های فرعی شامل پنج لاین اینبرد و سه هیبرید آفتابگردان بود. تاریخ‌های کاشت به گونه‌ای تنظیم گردیدند که امکان حصول دماهای 2 ± 25 و 3 ± 15 درجه سانتی‌گراد در زمان گرده افشانی و پس از آن فراهم گردد. عملکرد تک بوته و صفات فیزیولوژیک نظیر اجزای مرتبط با انتقال مجدد مواد فوتوسنتزی از ساقه و طبق به دانه‌ها، وزن خشک برگ‌ها و نشت الکترولیت بافت کف طبق روی همه تیمارها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تجزیه‌های چند متغیره روی صفات اندازه‌گیری شده انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تجزیه واریانس مرکب داده‌ها حاکی از معنی‌دار نبودن اثر سه گانه آزمایش× تاریخ کاشت × ژنوتیپ روی اکثر صفات بود. کشت دوم باعث کاهش عملکرد دانه در تمامی ژنوتیپ‌ها شد. در هر دو تاریخ کاشت هیبرید‌ها دارای بیشترین مقدار عملکرد و کمترین نشت الکترولیت بودند. دماهای پایین باعث متمایز شدن رفتار عملکردی در لاینهای اینبرد شد. همبستگی منفی و معنی‌داری بین نشت الکترولیت در کشت اول و عملکرد بوته در کشت دوم مشاهده گردید. همچنین همبستگی بین قطر ساقه در نزدیکی طبق در تاریخ کشت اول با صفات وزن خشک طبق و ساقه در زمان گرده افشانی، عملکرد دانه، وزن هزار دانه و انتقال مجدد مواد فوتوسنتزی از طبق به دانه در کشت دوم مثبت و معنی‌دار بود. تجزیه رگرسیونی گام به گام عملکرد بوته در کشت دوم روی صفات اندازه‌گیری شده در شرایط کشت اول حاکی از اثر معنی‌دار مثبت وزن خشک طبق در زمان رسیدگی و قطر ساقه در نزدیکی طبق به­همراه اثر منفی نشت الکترولیت بود. دو مولفه اول و دوم با لحاظ 79 درصد تغییرات کل داده‌ها، قادر به گروه‌بندی ژنوتیپ‌ها بر مبنای تفاوت در عملکرد دانه و مولفه‌های آن شامل نشت الکترولیت، قطر ساقه در نزدیکی طبق و همچنین مقاومت بر سر انتقال مواد فتوسنتزی از محل ذخیره به دانه‌ها بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش پایداری غشاء سلولی مکانسیمی تکاملی است که برخی ژنوتیپ‌ها بواسطه آن عملکرد خود را در شرایط تنش سرمایی تا حدودی حفظ می‌نمایند. این صفت به‌همراه قطر ساقه در نزدیکی طبق می‌تواند به‌عنوان شاخصی برای انتخاب لاین‌های اینبرد در نسل‌های در حال تفرق برای تحمل به شرایط دماهای پایین در کشت دوم آفتابگردان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
