     به منظور مطالعه نحوه توارث صفات مربوط به کیفت دانه شامل میزان روغن دانه و اسیدهای چرب کیفی کلزا تحت شرایط کاشت معمول و تاخیری، 31 ژنوتیپ شامل هفت لاین و سه تستر زمستانی و 21 دورگ F1 در قالب دو طرح بلوک ­های کامل تصادفی با دو تکرار در دو تاریخ کشت نیمه اول مهر (نرمال) و نیمه اول آبان (تأخیری) در مزرعه موسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر کرج کشت شدند (91-90). تجزیه واریانس مرکب اختلاف معنی‌داری بین تیمار‌­ها از لحاظ میزان روغن دانه و اکثر اسید‌های چرب در هر دو شرایط کاشت نرمال و تاخیری نشان داد. از این رو، تنوع ژنتیکی قابل توجهی از لحاظ همه صفات بین ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی وجود داشت. برآورد­های وراثتپذیری عمومی و خصوصی اکثر صفات در شرایط کاشت تاخیری کمتر از شرایط کاشت معمول بدست آمد و این امر عمدتا به‌دلیل برآورد کمتر اجزای واریانس در شرایط کاشت تاخیری بود. افزون براین، وراثتپذیری عمومی در هر دو شرایط کاشت معمول و تأخیری عموماً متوسط به بالا (بین 01/72 تا 100) برآورد شد. وراثتپذیری خصوصی صفات در هر دو شرایط کاشت از 81/20 تا 20/80 درصد در نوسان بود، بنابراین گزینش برای صفاتی با وراثتپذیری خصوصی متوسط به پایین در نسل‌های اولیه چندان راه­گشا نخواهد بود و بهتر است برای بهبود این صفات از پدیده هتروزیس بهره‌مند شد. در هر دو محیط نقش اثر غیر‌افزایشی ژن‌ها در کنترل صفات کیفی بیشتر مشهود بود، بنابراین گزینش برای این صفات بدون بهره‌وری از اثر غالبیت ژنی چندان مؤثر نخواهد بود.
