به­منظور تعیین پایداری عملکرد دانه 20 ژنوتیپ گندم دوروم، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار طی چهار سال زراعی (92-1388) در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی سراب چنگایی خرم‌آباد انجام شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس مرکب نشان داد که اثر محیط، ژنوتیپ و برهمکنش ژنوتیپ × محیط بر عملکرد دانه در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنی‌دار بود. بر اساس نتایج تجزیه AMMI، دو مؤلفه اصلی در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنی‌دار بودند. همچنین برای استفاده هم‌زمان از اطلاعات حاصل از مؤلفه‌های معنی‌دار AMMI، از شاخص ارزش پایداری امی (ASV) استفاده شد. بر اساس شاخص ASV، ژنوتیپ‌های G2، G12، G14 و G19 کمترین میزان ASV را داشتند و به­عنوان پایدارترین ژنوتیپ‌ها شناخته شدند. ژنوتیپ G9 با بیشترین میزان ASV و بیشترین فاصله از مرکز بای­پلات به­عنوان ژنوتیپی ناپایدار شناخته شد. همچنین، ژنوتیپ G9 بیشترین میزان عملکرد دانه را به خود اختصاص داد. با تجزیه خوشه‌ای ژنوتیپ‌ها بر اساس ارزش پایداری امی، ژنوتیپ‌ها به سه گروه تقسیم شدند که ژنوتیپ‌های هر گروه از نظر پایداری مشابه بودند.
