fa بررسی ترکیب پذیری لاین های اصلاح‌شده چغندرقند برای صفات کمی و کیفی و تحمل به بیماری ریزومانیا Evaluation Combining Ability of Sugar Beet Breeding Lines for Qualitative and Quantitative Traits and Resistant to Rhizomania Disease اصلاح نباتات، بیومتری اصلاح نباتات، بیومتری پژوهشي Research یکی از مهمترین مراحل در تهیه ارقام هیبرید چغندرقند برای صفت موردنظر، انتخاب لاین یا سینگل کراس مناسب میباشد. در این مطالعه 12 نتاج حاصل از تلاقی 4 لاین چغندرقند (بهعنوان پایه مادری) با سطوح متفاوت مقاومت به ریزومانیا با سه والد گردهافشان 27270، 27273 و 27274 )بهعنوان پایه پدری) به همراه والدین در قالب طرح لاتیس5×5 با 4 تکرار در دو منطقه (مشهد و شیراز) در شرایط مزرعه آلوده (Nursery) به ریزومانیا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. عملکرد ریشه (RY)، عملکرد شکر (SY)، درصد قند (SC&zwj;&zwj;)، سدیم (Na)، پتاسیم (K)، ازت مضره ( N- )، درصد قند سفید (WSC)، ضریب استحصال (PUR) و درصد ملاس ((MS صفات موردبررسی بودند. داده&lrm;ها بهصورت مدل ژنتیکی فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک&lrm;های کامل تصادفی تجزیه شدند. نتایج تجزیه ژنتیکی در هر دو منطقه نشان داد که بین والدها برای کلیه صفات بهجز  K و N-α تفاوت معنیدار وجود دارد و واریانس هیبریدها برای صفات کمی RY و SY  معنی‌دار شدند. در آزمایش مشهد، لاین  L3و گردهافشان T3 و در آزمایش شیراز لاینهای L3  و L1  و گردهافشان T3 بهعنوان بهترین ترکیب‌شونده عمومی برای صفات RY ، SY و   N-α انتخاب گردیدند. برآورد ترکیبپذیری خصوصی تلاقیها نشان داد در آزمایش مشهد، تلاقیهای L1×T3 ، L2×T2،  <a name="OLE_LINK2"></a><a name="OLE_LINK1">L3×T1</a> و L4×T1 و در آزمایش شیراز تلاقیهای L1×T1 , L2×T3 و  L1×T3مقادیرSCA  مثبت و معنیداری برای صفات RY و SY داشتند. بهطورکلی نتایج نشان داد که تلاقی والد مادری سینگل کراس حساس به ریزومانیا (L1) با والد پدری (T3) بهترین هیبرید ازنظر عملکرد در بین هیبریدهای موجود بود. The most important step in developing of a sugar beet hybrid for target trait is selection of CMS line or single cross. In the present study, 12 progenies derived of 4 sugar beet lines(as female parent) with different level of rhizomania resistant, along with 3 pollinators 27270, 27273 and 27274(as male parent) and parents were evaluated in two locations (Mashhad and Shiraz) with rhizomania infestation in 5×5 latice design with 4 replications. The traits consisted of: Root yield (RY), sugar yield (SY), sugar content (SC), Na, K, N- , white sugar content (WSC), purity (PUR) and molas percent (MS). The data analyzed as factorial model in randomized complete block design. The results of genetic analyses in two locations showed significant differences among parents for all the traits except for K and N- . Variance of hybrid was significant for RY and SY. In Mashhad experiment L3 line and T3 pollinator and in Shiraz experiment L3 and L1 lines and T3 pollinator were selected as superior parents for RY, SY and N- traits. The value of SCA showed that in Mashhad experiment L1×T3, L2×T2, L3×T1 and L4×T1 crosses and in Shiraz experiment L1×T1, L2×T3 and L1×T3 had significant and positive value of SCA for RY and SY.
