fa ارزیابی صفات کیفی لاین‏های امید بخش گندم دوروم در منطقه اصفهان اصلاح نباتات General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; به منظور بررسی صفات کیفی گندم دوروم، تعداد 18 لاین به همراه دو شاهد (گندم دوروم دنا و گندم نان پارسی) در ایستگاه اصفهان در قالب طرح بلوک<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و طی دو سال زراعی متوالی کشت و مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از بررسی نشان داد &nbsp;تفاوت معنی<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>داری بین دو سال برای تمامی صفات به جزء درصد پروتئین وجود دارد. در سال اول </strong><strong>لاین&rlm;های 15 و 8 به&shy;ترتیب بیشترین (6/12 درصد) و کمترین (3/11 درصد) درصد پروتئین را داشتند. در حالی که بیشترین (13 درصد) و کمترین (7/11 درصد) درصد پروتئین در سال دوم به&shy;ترتیب متعلق به&nbsp; شاهد-1 و لاین 14 بود. تجزیه خوشه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ای لاین&rlm;ها در چهار گروه عمده قرار داد که گروه چهارم بالاترین درصد پروتئین را دارا بودند. اکثر صفات همبستگی معنی&shy;داری داشتند. تجزیه به عامل&shy;ها نشان داد &nbsp;سه عامل بیش از 84 درصد از واریانس بین لاین&rlm;ها را توجیه نمود. عامل اول &nbsp;49 درصد از تغییرات را توجیه نمود. در پایان، نتایج این تحقیق برای برنامه&shy;های زراعی و اصلاحی مفید می&shy;باشد.</strong></p> <p><font color="#000000"><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 115%; font-family: ;" times="">In order to assessment of quality traits of durum wheat lines, 18 elite lines selected from advanced regional durum wheat yield trial, ARDYT (2009-10) along with two check {including Dena(durum wheat) and Parsi (Bread wheat)} were studied in an experiment using RCBD with three replications at Isfahan research station in two consecutive crop season. Results showed a significant difference between the two years for all traits (except %protein). In first year lines 15 and 8 had the highest (%12.6) and lowest (%11.3) of protein percentage, respectively. While the highest </span><span b="" lang="EN-GB" new="" style="line-height: 115%; font-family: ;" times="">(%13) </span><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 115%; font-family: ;" times="">and lowest (%11.7) of this character for second year were in control-1 and line 14, respectively. Cluster analysis classified lines in four main groups, that IV group had the highest protein percentage. The most of traits had a significant correlated. Factor analysis revealed that three factors confirmed more than 84% of total variance between the lines. The first factor confirmed 49% of the variation.
