fa ارزیابی صفات کیفی و کمی لاین‌های گزینش شده از توده‌های محلی فلفل (Capsicum annuum L.) Evaluation of Qualitative and Quantitative Traits of Selected Lines from Local Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) Populations اصلاح نباتات General پژوهشي Research مقدمه و هدف: فلفل با نام علمی (Capsicum annuum L.) گیاهی خودبارور از خانواده Solanaceae است. مطالعه تنوع فنوتیپی و ژنتیکی به منظور شناسایی ژنوتیپ‌های مشابه برای حفظ، ارزیابی و بهره‌برداری از ذخایر ژنتیکی و همچنین بررسی تنوع ژرم‌پلاسم پیش از آغاز برنامه‌های اصلاحی، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در این راستا، در یک برنامه اصلاحی، تعدادی لاین خالص از توده‌های محلی فلفل در استان آذربایجان شرقی انتخاب شده و در این تحقیق، خصوصیات زراعی هشت لاین انتخاب‌شده به همراه واریته تجاری Euro 4  مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روشها: این آزمایش به‌صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد.  تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت گرفت. مقایسه میانگین‌ها با آزمون چند دامنه‌ای دانکن و رسم نمودارها نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Excel انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق، گزینش لاینهای خالص از جمعیت‌های محلی در استان آذربایجان شرقی به عنوان بخشی از یک برنامه اصلاحی انجام شد. این مطالعه خصوصیات زراعی هشت خط انتخاب‌شده را به همراه واریته تجاری Euro 4 در مرکز تحقیقات خلعت‌پوشان و آزمایشگاه اصلاح و فیزیولوژی سبزیجات دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز ارزیابی کرد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که رقم تجاری Euro 4 با 33/82 روز، کمترین زمان را از جوانه‌زنی تا شروع گلدهی ثبت کرد و از سایر ارقام و لاین‌ها تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت. همچنین، در طول سه روز متوالی، رقم Euro 4 با 13/6 سانتی‌متر، بیشترین رشد طولی میوه را نشان داد. بیشترین وزن تر میوه با 41/61 گرم مربوط به لاین 18 و کمترین وزن تر میوه با 26/5 گرم در لاین 16 مشاهده شد. نتایج مقایسه میانگین عملکرد نشان داد که لاین 18 با 37/8 کیلوگرم بیشترین عملکرد را در بین ارقام و لاین‌ها داشت. لاین زرد میوه درشت نیز با ضخامت 77/4 میلی‌متر، بیشترین ضخامت میوه را تولید کرد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، رقم Euro 4 بهعنوان سریعترین رقم در تسریع گلدهی و دارای بیشترین رشد طولی میوه شناخته شد، درحالیکه لاین 12 با بالاترین میزان ویتامین C در 100 گرم وزن تر، پتانسیل تغذیه‌ای بالایی را داشت. نتیجهگیری: Euro 4  به‌عنوان بهترین واریته از نظر سرعت جوانه‌زنی، زمان گل‌دهی و رشد میوه شناسایی شد. در مقابل، لاین‌های ۱۲ و ۱۶ دیرجوانه‌زن و دیرگل بودند. از نظر بیوشیمیایی، لاین ۱۲ بیشترین ویتامین C و Euro 4 کمترین مقدار را داشت که نشان‌دهنده تنوع ژنتیکی میان جمعیت‌هاست. ارزیابی‌های کیفی نیز تفاوت طعم میان لاین‌ها (شیرین تا تند) را نشان داد. تحلیل تنوع ژنتیکی نشان می‌دهد ترکیب منابع بومی با هیبریدها می‌تواند عملکرد و مقاومت را بهبود دهد.   <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction and Objectives: Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is a self-pollinated plant belonging to the Solanaceae family. Studying phenotypic and genetic diversity is essential for identifying similar genotypes aimed at the conservation, evaluation, and utilization of genetic resources, as well as assessing germplasm diversity before initiating breeding programs. Accordingly, in a breeding program, several pure lines were selected from local pepper populations in East Azerbaijan Province. In this study, the agronomic traits of eight selected lines, along with the commercial variety Euro 4, were investigated. Materials and Methods: The experiment was conducted using a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software, while mean comparisons were carried out with Duncan’s multiple range test, and charts were prepared using Excel. In this research, pure lines were selected from local pepper populations in East Azerbaijan Province as part of a breeding program. The agronomic characteristics of eight selected lines and the commercial variety Euro 4 were evaluated at the Khalat-Poushan Research Center and the Vegetable Breeding and Physiology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tabriz. Results: The results indicated that the commercial variety Euro 4 recorded the shortest time from germination to the onset of flowering at 33.82 days, showing a significant difference compared to other varieties and lines. Additionally, over three consecutive days, Euro 4 exhibited the highest fruit length growth at 13.6 cm. The highest fresh fruit weight was observed in line 18, with 41.61 g, while the lowest fresh fruit weight was recorded in line 16 at 26.5 g. Mean performance comparison results showed that line 18 had the highest yield among the varieties and lines at 37.8 kg. The large yellow fruit line produced the greatest fruit thickness at 77.4 mm. Based on the findings, Euro 4 was recognized as the fastest variety in accelerating flowering and had the highest fruit length growth, while line 12 exhibited the highest vitamin C content in 100 g of fresh weight, indicating its high nutritional potential. Conclusion: Euro 4 was recognized as the best variety in terms of germination speed, flowering time, and fruit growth. In contrast, lines 12 and 16 were late-germinating and late-flowering. Biochemically, line 12 exhibited the highest vitamin C content, while Euro 4 had the lowest, indicating genetic diversity among populations. Qualitative assessments also revealed varying taste profiles among lines (ranging from sweet to hot). Genetic diversity analysis suggests that combining local genetic resources with hybrid varieties can enhance yield and environmental tolerance.  </div> تنوع ژنتیکی, فلفل, واریته های بومی, ویتامین C.
