fa ارزیابی تحمل خشکی در ژنوتیپ‌های گلرنگ با استفاده از شاخص‌های تحمل Evaluation of Drought Tolerance in Safflower Genotypes using Tolerance Indices اصلاح براي تنش هاي زنده و غيرزنده محيطي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: گلرنگ درصد قابل توجهی روغن دارد و یکی از گیاهان روغنی مهم به‌شمار می‌رود. این گیاه به منظور استفاده از گلچه‌ها برای رنگ و طعم‌دهندگی به غذا، دارو و تغذیه دام و پرندگان کشت می‌شود. از طرفی کم‌آبی یکی از مهم ترین تنش‌های محیطی است که باعث کاهش در راندمان و تولید این محصول زراعی می‌گردد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تحمل تنش خشکی در ژنوتیپ‌های گلرنگ با استفاده از شاخص &lrm;های کمی تحمل به تنش خشکی بود. مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایش به صورت کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در شهرستان ابرکوه در سال 96-1395 انجام شد. عامل اصلی شامل سه رژیم آبیاری بدون تنش، قطع آبیاری از مرحله 50 درصد گلدهی تا رسیدگی (تنش گلدهی) و قطع آبیاری از مرحله شروع دانه‌بندی تا رسیدگی (تنش دانه‌بندی) بود. ژنوتیپ‌های گلرنگ شامل فرامان، سینا، گلدشت، پرنیان، صفه، محلی اراک 2811، رقم محلی اصفهان، توده کاشان، توده شیراز و توده کرمان در کرت‌های فرعی قرار گرفتند. شاخص‌های تحمل به تنش خشکی مورد استفاده در این مطالعه شامل شاخص تحمل (TOL)، شاخص حساسیت به تنش (SSI)، شاخص میانگین بهره‌وری (MP)، شاخص میانگین هندسی عملکرد (GMP)، شاخص میانگین‌ هارمونیک (HM)، شاخص تحمل تنش (STI)، شاخص عملکرد (YI) و شاخص پایداری عملکرد (YSI) بود که با استفاده از عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ‌ها در شرایط بدون تنش (Yp) و تنش خشکی (Ys) محاسبه شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر ژنوتیپ‌، تنش و اثر متقابل تنش× ژنوتیپ برای عملکرد دانه معنی‌دار بود. نتایج تجزیه واریانس ساده نشان داد که اختلاف معنی‌داری بین ژنوتیپ‌ها از نظر Ypو Ys و شاخص‌های MP، GMP، HM، STI و YI در هر دو شرایط تنش وجود دارد. ضرایب همبستگی ساده بین شاخص‌های تحمل به تنش خشکی و عملکرد دانه نشان داد که شاخص‌های MP، GMP، HM، STI و YI‌ همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری با عملکرد دانه در شرایط بدون تنش و عملکرد دانه در هر دو شرایط تنش گلدهی و دانه‌بندی داشتند. لذا این شاخص‌ها برای شناسایی ژنوتیپ‌های برتر مناسب بودند. مقایسه ژنوتیپ‌های مختلف گلرنگ با استفاده از نمودار چند متغیره بای‌پلات نشان داد که ژنوتیپ‌های سینا، توده کرمان و فرامان در مجاورت بردار شاخص‌های مناسب تحمل خشکی قرار گرفتند. بنابراین می‌توان این ژنوتیپ‌ها را به‌عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های برتر در شرایط بدون تنش و هر دو شرایط تنش گلدهی و دانه‌بندی در نظر گرفت. نمودار سه‌بعدی Yp، Ys و STI نیز نتایج بای‌پلات را تأیید نمود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نمودار سه‌بعدی و بای‌پلات برای ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی نشان داد که می‌توان ژنوتیپ‌های سینا، توده کرمان و فرامان را ‌به‌عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های متحمل به تنش خشکی در هر دو شرایط اعمال تنش پس از مراحل گلدهی و دانه‌بندی پیشنهاد نمود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) contains considerable oil and so it is an important oil crop. This plant has been grown for its colorful petals to use them as a food coloring and flavoring agent, medicine and nutrition of livestock and birds. Moreover drought as one of the most important environmental stresses causes decrease in amount and efficiency of this crop production. The pupose of this research was evaluating the drought tolerance of safflower genotypes using some drought tolerance indices Material and Methods: This experiment was carried out as split plot in complete randomize block design with three replications in Abarkouh in 2016-2017. Irrigation treatment as the main factor was including three levels, includes non-stress, cut off irrigation from 50% of flowering stage to maturity (flowering stress) and cut off irrigation from the onset of seeding stage to maturity (seeding stress). Ten genotypes of safflower including Faraman, Sina, Goldasht, Parnian, Soffeh, local Arak 2811, local Isfahan, Kashan, Shiraz and Kerman were as sub factor. In this research, drought tolerance indices such as tolerance index (TOL), stress susceptibility index (SSI), mean productivity (MP), geometric mean productivity (GMP), harmonic mean (HM), stress tolerance index (STI), yield index (YI) and yield stability index (YSI) were calculated using seed yield under non-stress (Yp) and drought stress (Ys) conditions. Results: The results of combined analysis of variance revealed that genotype, stress and stress × genotype were significant for seed yield. Analysis of variance indicated that there were significant differences between the genotypes for Yp, Ys, and MP, GMP, HM, STI and YI indices at both stress conditions. Correlation coefficients between drought tolerance indices and seed yield showed that MP, GMP, HM, STI and YI indices had a positive and significant correlation with seed yield under non-stress and both stress conditions. Therefore these indices can be suitable for selecting better genotypes. Comparison of different safflower genotypes using multivariate biplot graph indicated that Sina, Kerman and Faraman genotypes were considered as superior genotypes in non-stress and both stress conditions because of locating of these genotypes next to the vectors of suitable drought tolerance indices. Biplot results were also confirmed by the results from three- dimensional graph of Yp, Ys and STI.
