    تنش شوری از مهم‌ترین عوامل محدود­کننده رشد و تولید گیاهان زراعی است. به منظور ارزیابی تحمل به تنش شوری ژنوتیپ‌های کلزا و شناسایی ژنوتیپ­های متحمل از طریق شاخص‌های تحمل تنش شوری، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری انجام شد. فاکتورها شامل: 30 ژنوتیپ کلزا و شوری در دو سطح صفر و12 دسی زیمنس بر متر از منبع کلرور سدیم (NaCl) بود. از بین 30 ژنوتیپ مورد بررسی، ژنوتیپ‌های Wesroona، 401 Hyola، Ziho ، Jef Neuf، Kuntoو Alk با توجه به دارا بودن مقادیر بالاتری از شاخص‌های تحمل و عملکرد بالاتر در شرایط نرمال و تنش به ­عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های متحمل و ژنوتیپ‌هایAskaria ،Starlight،Lisandra ، Burosemjanaja، Sarigol ،Niro1 وNiro2 به­عنوان ژنوتیپ‌های حساس در نظر گرفته شدند. علاوه بر این، تجزیه بای‌پلات و تجزیه کلاستر نیز تاییدکننده نتایج فوق بود و در تجزیه کلاستر ژنوتیپ‌ها به سه گروه تقسیم شدند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می­ دهد که شاخص تحمل به تنش (STI)، میانگین حسابی بهره ­وری (MP) و میانگین هندسی بهره­ وری (GMP)، شاخص عملکرد (YI) و شاخص میانگین هارمونیک (HM) در انتخاب ژنوتیپ­های متحمل موثر می ­باشند و شاخص تحمل به تنش (STI) از سایر شاخص­ها موثرتر است.
