        به­ منظور مطالعه تنوع ژنتیکی و بررسی اثر تنش خشکی بر عملکرد دانه و تعدادی از صفات زراعی در گندم نان و 13 شاخص تحمل و حساسیت به خشکی، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار بر روی نه رقم گندم نان در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان در دو شرایط نرمال و تنش خشکی (قطع آبیاری در مرحله ساقه دهی) انجام شد. ارقام و شرایط محیطی دارای اثر معنی­ دار بر روی عملکرد دانه و سایر صفات زراعی و شاخص­ های تحمل بود. کاهش معنی­ داری برای صفات عملکرد دانه، مساحت برگ پرچم و وزن هزار دانه در شرایط تنش خشکی مشاهده شد. تحلیل همبستگی عملکرد بین دو محیط و شاخص­ های تحمل به خشکی و بای­پلات ترسیمی نشان داد که شاخص­های STS،YI،HARM ، STI، MP و GMP مناسب ­ترین شاخص­ ها برای غربال ژنوتیپ‌های گندم نان در هر دو شرایط نرمال رطوبتی و تنش خشکی بودند. با توجه به این نتایج ارقام مهدوی، کویر و روشن به­ عنوان ارقام متحمل به خشکی مشاهده شدند، در نتیجه از این ارقام می ­توان در برنامه ­های زراعی و اصلاحی استفاده کرد.
