     به­منظور بررسی تاثیر تنش­­های شوری و خشکی بر روی عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ­های گندم ، مطالعه شاخص­های کمی تحمل به تنش و شناسایی ژنوتیپ­های متحمل، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با 20 ژنوتیپ گندم نان در 3 تکرار در سه شرایط بدون تنش، تنش شوری و تنش خشکی طراحی و اجرا گردید. ارزیابی ژنوتیپ­ها از نظر تحمل به شوری و خشکی با استفاده از شاخص­های حساسیت به تنش، تحمل به تنش، میانگین هندسی بهره­وری، میانگین بهره­وری و تحمل انجام گرفت. نتایج تجزیه واریانس اختلاف معنی­داری بین ژنوتیپ­های گندم از نظر کلیه­ شاخص­ها و عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ­ها برای هر دو شرایط تنش در سطح احتمال یک درصد نشان داد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از بررسی همبستگی بین شاخص­های تحمل و عملکرد دانه، شاخص تحمل به تنش، شاخص میانگین بهره­وری و شاخص میانگین هندسی بهره­وری  به­عنوان بهترین شاخص­ها جهت شناسایی ژنوتیپ­های متحمل انتخاب گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد ارقام بولانی، شعله و ماهوتی بیشترین مقاومت را داشتند و حساس­ترین ارقام مغان 3، گاسپارد و آرتا بودند و از میان لاین­های امید بخش، لاین­های SNH-9 و   139-PR-87متحمل­ترین لاین­ها بودند و لاین­های  N-83-3،KRL-4  و S-78-11در گروه لاین­های حساس به تنش شوری و خشکی قرار گرفتند.
