     شوری یکی از تنش‌های غیرزیستی مهم بخصوص در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک است که رشد گیاه را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد و از این طریق عملکرد دانه را کاهش می‌دهد. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی صفات زراعی مرتبط با تغییرات عملکرد دانه گندم تحت شرایط نرمال و تنش شوری بود. به همین منظور، 272 لاین اینبرد نوترکیب حاصل از تلاقی روشن × سبلان در قالب طرح آلفا لاتیس با دو تکرار و در دو شرایط نرمال و تنش شوری در مزرعه تحقیقاتی یزد در طی سال‌های زراعی 91-1390 کشت گردیدند. در هنگام برداشت عملکرد دانه، شاخص برداشت، عملکرد بیولوژیک، وزن دانه در سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، ارتفاع گیاه ارزیابی شدند. به منظور مطالعه روابط بین عملکرد دانه گندم و سایر صفات زراعی تحت هر دو شرایط نرمال و تنش شوری، از پنج روش آماری شامل همسبتگی ساده، رگرسیون خطی چند گانه، رگرسیون گام به گام، تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی و تجزیه عاملی استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از همبستگی، رگرسیون گام به گام، تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی و تجزیه عاملی نشان داد که عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت مهم­ترین متغیر‌های تأثیر گذار بر عملکرد دانه تحت هر دو شرایط نرمال و تنش شوری بودند. بنابراین می‌توان با افزایش عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت عملکرد دانه را تحت هر دو شرایط نرمال و تنش شوری افزایش دادند.
