تعیین سطح تنوع ژنتیکی و روابط ژنتیکی بین ارقام اساس شناسایی والدین مناسب برای اهداف اصلاحی مختلف به شمار می‏ رود. در پژوهش حاضر، جهت بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی 22 رقم گندم نان از 22 جفت آغازگر ریزماهواره استفاده شد که از مجموع 22 آلل شناسایی شده 11 جفت توانستند چند شکلی مطلوبی را نشان دهند. تعداد آلل‏ های تولید شده با میانگین 18/2 آلل در هر مکان ژنی از 2 تا 3 آلل متغیر بود. میانگین محتوای اطلاعات چندشکلی، 573/0 به دست آمد که از بین نشانگرها Xgwm60 به دلیل داشتن بیشترین شاخص چندشکلی، می‏ تواند نشانگر مناسبی برای بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی ‏باشد. ماتریس تشابه با استفاده از ضریب تشابه دایس تشکیل داده شد و سپس ارقام با استفاده از روش تجزیه خوشه‏ ای و با الگوریتم‏ همبستگی متوسط گروه‏ بندی شده و در 4 گروه قرار گرفتند. تجزیه به مختصات اصلی نیز تا حد زیادی الگوی تنوع ژنتیکی حاصل از روش تجزیه خوشه ‏ای را تایید نمود. نتایج این پژوهش محدوده وسیعی از تنوع ژنتیکی را در بین ارقام گندم نشان می‏ دهد که امکان استفاده از آن‏ها را در برنامه‏ های به‏نژادی مقدور می‏ سازد.
