     یکی از صفات مهم در اصلاح کیفیت گندم ارزش نانوایی آن است. در این آزمایش تنوع آللی ژن‌های رمزکننده گلوتنین با وزن مولکولی پایین (LMW-GS) در پانزده رقم گندم با کیفیت‌های نانوایی خوب، متوسط و بد با استفاده از نشانگرهای SRAP مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و همچنین صفات مورفولوژیک از قبیل عملکرد، وزن صد دانه، تعداد سنبله در کرت، تعداد دانه در سنبله، ارتفاع بوته و طول سنبله نیز در کنار نتایج حاصل از نشانگر SRAP مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند تا رابطه احتمالی بین نتایج درخت فیلوژنی داده‌های مولکولی و مورفولوژیکی بررسی شود. در این آزمایش بر اساس نواحی تکراری گلوتامین دو نشانگر SRAP طراحی شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس صفات مورفولوژیک نشان داد که رقم­ها از نظر کلیه صفات در سطح احتمال یک درصد دارای تفاوت معنی دار بودند. همچنین محاسبه ضرایب همبستگی صفات مورد بررسی حاکی از آن بود که بالاترین ضریب همبستگی متعلق به رابطه بین عملکرد و تعداد سنبله در کرت است. گروه‌بندی ارقام گندم به روش WARD و خط برش با استفاده از روش CCC پلات، ارقام را در سه گروه متمایز دسته ­بندی کرد. در مورد نشانگر SRAP1 محدوده تکثیر باندها بین 200 تا 3000 جفت باز و در مورد نشانگر SRAP2 محدوده تکثیر باندها بین 90 تا 2500 جفت باز بود. در مجموع 19 باند بین 15 ژنوتیپ تکثیر شد که 8 باند چندشکل بودند و درصد چندشکلی 1/42 درصد بدست آمد. محتوای اطلاعات چند شکلی (PIC) برای نشانگر SRAP1 برابر با 11/0 و برای نشانگر SRAP2 برابر با 39/0 بود. با استفاده از روش تجزیه خوشه‌ای مبتنی بر داده‌های مولکولی و بر اساس ضریب جاکارد و روش UPGMA ژنوتیپ‌ها در چهار دسته گروه بندی شدند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که نشانگر SRAP تا حدودی توانسته است ارقام مورد بررسی را از نظر صفت کیفیت نانوایی گروه­ بندی کند و نتایج حاصل از این گروه بندی
می­ تواند با نتایج حاصل از داده­ های موروفولوژیک مورد مقایسه قرار بگیرد.
