     این پژوهش به ­منظور مطالعه روابط بین صفات مختلف مورفوفیزیولوژیکی و فنولوژی با عملکرد دانه اجرا گردید. هدف از این آزمایش تعیین بهترین شاخص­های انتخاب مستقیم و غیرمستقیم در زمینه بهبود ژنتیکی عملکرد دانه ژنوتیپ­های برنج هوازی می­باشد. صفات مورد بررسی در این تحقیق شامل عملکرد دانه به ­عنوان متغییر وابسته و صفات ماده خشک کل، وزن پانیکول، وزن ساقه، LAI، CGR، NAR، LAR، SLA، ALW، LWR، L/S، SWR، PWR، LAD و BMD به­عنوان متغییر مستقل در نظر گرفته شدند که در مراحل مختلف رشد جهت تعیین میزان نقش مؤثر آنها در عملکرد دانه مورد تجزیه رگرسیون گام به گام قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب اهمیت در مرحله 25 روز پس از کاشت صفات L/S، SLA، LAI و وزن برگ برگ، در 50 روز پس از کاشت صفات NAR، L/S، SWR، وزن ساقه و BMD، در 75 روز پس از کاشت وزن پانیکول، NAR، SLA، وزن ساقه و LAR، در 100 روز پس از کاشت CGR، وزن ساقه، L/S، LAR و PWR و در 125 روز پس از کاشت CGR، NAR، SLA، L/S و وزن برگ تأثیر معنی ­داری بر عملکرد دانه داشتند. به­ ترتیب از ابتدا تا انتهای رشد در مراحل مزبور صفات L/S، NAR، وزن پانیکول، CGR و CGR بیشترین تغییرات حاصله در عملکرد دانه را دارا بودند. با توجه به اینکه در مراحل بحرانی رشد صفت CGR به­ دلیل تخصیص بیشتر آسیمیلات در رشد زایشی به­ جای رشد رویشی در مرحله پر شدن دانه، مؤثرترین صفت در عملکرد دانه بود که

می­تواند از اهداف مهم در برنامه­ های به­ نژادی و اصلاح ارقام باشد.
