کارایی هر برنامه اصلاحی عمدتاً به همبستگی بین عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد و اهمیت نسبی اجزای شرکت کننده در افزایش عملکرد دانه بستگی دارد. جهت تعیین مؤثرترین صفات در عملکرد دانه ارقام کلزا، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 17 ژنوتیپ در ٤ تکرار در سال زراعی 1395-1394 اجرا شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که ارقام کلزا از نظر تمامی صفات بررسی شده دارای اختلاف معنی‌داری بودند که می‌تواند بیانگر وجود تنوع ژنتیکی قابل استفاده در بین ارقام جهت داشتن یک انتخاب مؤثر برای بهبود عملکرد باشد. مقایسه میانگین ارقام بررسی شده نشان داد که ارقام RGS003 و هایولا401 بیشترین عملکرد دانه را به خود اختصاص دادند. نتایج ضرایب همبستگی نشان داد که عملکرد دانه با وزن هزار دانه و تعداد دانه در غلاف بیشترین همبستگی مثبت را داشت و در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنی‌دار بود. رگرسیون گام به گام برای تمامی صفات نشان­دهنده اهمیت و نقش تعیین کننده صفات وزن هزار دانه، تعداد دانه در غلاف و تعداد روز تا رسیدگی بر عملکرد ژنوتیپ‌ها بود. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه مسیر نشان داد که صفات تعداد دانه در غلاف و وزن هزار دانه بیشترین اثر مستقیم و مثبت را بر عملکرد دانه دارا بودند. بنابراین امکان استفاده از این صفات برای بهبود عملکرد دانه در برنامه‌های اصلاحی ارقام بهاره کلزا به عنوان معیار انتخاب وجود دارد.
