چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: نخود گیاهی با ارزش غذایی و اقتصادی بالا ولی حساس به تنش شوری است. امروزه، پژوهش‌های زیادی به‌منظور شناخت ارقام متحمل به تنش شوری نخود در راستای افزایش عملکرد آن در خاک‌های شور صورت گرفته است. با توجه به اهمیت این محصول، لزوم کشت آن در مناطق کمتر حاصلخیز به‌منظور افزایش پایداری و حاصلخیزی خاک و از طرفی کمبود ارقام نخود مقاوم به شوری گزینش ارقام مقاوم به شوری ضروری است. لذا در پژوهش حاضر، 72 ژنوتیپ نخود تیپ کابلی انتخاب و از لحاظ میزان تحمل در برابر تنش شوری مورد بررسی و گزینش قرار گرفتند.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، بذر 72 ژنوتیپ نخود تیپ کابلی از بانک بذر پژوهشکده علوم گیاهی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تهیه و در شرایط هیدروپونیک در گلخانه کشت شدند. این پژوهش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار با اعمال تنش شوری 12 دسی‏زیمنس بر متر کلرید سدیم از یک هفته بعد از سبز شدن انجام شد. چهار هفته بعد از شروع تنش، صفات مختلف آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: ژنوتیپ‌ها بر اساس بقاء در سه گروه اول (100-76 درصد)، دوم (75-51) و سوم (50-26) دسته‏بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که 53 ژنوتیپ (معادل 74 درصد) در محدوده بقای بیشتر از 76 درصد قرار گرفتند و بخش عمده آن‌ها دارای بقای 100 درصد بودند. همچنین، هیچ‌یک از ژنوتیپ‌ها بقای کمتر از 25 درصد نداشت. بیشتر ژنوتیپ‌ها در زمان برداشت در مرحله رویشی قرار داشتند و تنها ژنوتیپ‌های MCC1299، MCC1254، MCC1134 ، MCC1058 و MCC1037 در مرحله گلدهی بودند و دامنه بقای بیشتر از 75 درصد داشتند. با افزایش درصد بقاء، تعداد شاخه‌های فرعی افزایش یافت. درصد بقاء برگ در دامنه بقاء 51-75 درصد بیشترین مقدار این شاخص (76/78 درصد) را نشان داد. ‌در دامنه بقاء 51-75 درصد بیشترین مقدار سدیم (11/09 میلی‌گرم در گرم وزن خشک) مشاهده شد. اما، مقدار پتاسیم با افزایش درصد بقاء کاهش معنی‌داری نشان داد. با افزایش درصد بقاء، میزان ماده خشک به‌طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت و از 26-50 به 51-75 و 76-100 درصد به­ترتیب به 1/6 و 1/8 برابر رسید. نتایج تجزیه خوشه‌ای بیانگر برتری نسبی ژنوتیپ‌های گروه چهارم شامل MCC1058،MCC1291 وMCC1296 در بیشتر صفات مورد مطالعه بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طور کلی، نتایج نشان‌دهنده مناسب‌تر بودن ژنوتیپ‌های متعلق به گروه چهارم به‌منظور استفاده از صفات برتر آن‌ها در تحمل به تنش شوری است.
