چکیده:   (2103 مشاهده)
       کنجد به ­دلیل ارزش تغذیه­ ای خود از قدیمی­ ترین و مهم­ترین دانه ­های روغنی در ایران و جهان می­ باشد. در تحقیق حاضر 25 توده بومی کنجد جمع ­آوری شده از مناطق مختلف کشور از نظر صفات فنولوژیکی، مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی در شرایط آب و هوایی ارومیه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان­ داد بین توده­ های بومی از نظر تمامی صفات در سطح احتمال یک درصد اختلاف آماری معنی­ دار وجود داشت. نتایج آماره­ های توصیفی نیز مؤید همین موضوع بود. شاخص برگ، تعداد شاخه ­های جانبی و تعداد کپسول در بوته بیشترین ضریب تنوع فنوتیپی و ژنوتیپی را داشتند، در حالی­که روز تا گلدهی و کپسول­ دهی به­ همراه درصد روغن کمترین مقدار برای این ضرایب را داشتند. عملکرد دانه به عنوان مهم­ترین صفت وراثت ­پذیری عمومی متوسطی داشت. توده­ های بومی کنجد مورد مطالعه با انجام تجزیه خوشه ­ای به سه گروه تقسیم شدند. توده­ های موجود در گروه اول از نظر صفات عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد در وضعیت مطلوبی بودند و چنانچه هدف انتخاب توده­ هایی با عملکرد بالا باشد، گزینش از بین توده ­های این گروه مؤثرتر خواهد بود. اما برعکس گروه سوم که فقط شامل یک توده بود، از نظر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد مقادیر کمتری نشان داده و مراحل فنولوژیکی طولانی­ تر داشت. مؤلفه نخست در تجزیه به مؤلفه ­های اصلی با عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد به­ جز وزن 200 دانه همبستگی مثبتی نشان داد. از نتایج پژوهش حاضر می­ توان در برنامه­ های اصلاحی آتی کنجد استفاده نمود.
